Cancellation & Change fees may apply based on the proximity to the scheduled event date.

Menu items and prices for catering services are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in the local currency and include applicable taxes.

5. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

Osso's Kitchen + Bar Catering Service strives to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. However, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Code of Conduct

Clients and event attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff and follow event guidelines.
Osso's Kitchen + Bar Catering Service reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating our code of conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, and text, on Osso's Kitchen + Bar Catering Service platforms is the property of Osso's Kitchen + Bar Catering Service and is protected by copyright laws.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation & Change Policy

1.1 Cancellation by the Customer:

If you need to cancel your catering order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled event will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a 35% non-refundable deposit.

1.2 Cancellation by Osso's Kitchen + Bar Catering Service:

We reserve the right to cancel an order in unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
In the event of cancellation by Osso's Kitchen + Bar Catering Service, a full refund will be issued.

1.3 Changes by the Customer:

In case of a change or delayed meeting or event, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. We will take prompt action to accommodate your changes and ensure that you are not inconvenienced in any way.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Quality Issues:

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our catering services, please contact us within 2 hours of the event to discuss the issue.
Refunds or partial refunds may be offered at our discretion based on the nature of the concern.

2.2 Event Cancellation:

If an event is canceled due to reasons beyond the customer's control (e.g., natural disasters, or emergencies), please contact us immediately.
Refunds for event cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2.3 Payment Discrepancies:

If you notice any discrepancies in the billing or payment process, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, issue a refund for any overpayment.

3. How to Request a Refund
